There are optional fees for a session t-shirt ($15), a video ($20), show photo CD ($20) and ticket to attend the R.A.W. party ($5) held on the final day of the competition.
REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UP TO ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SESSION. There is a $35 processing fee on all refunds. No refunds will be given once the session has started.

All participants are required to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing to all KPA2 workshops, classes and rehearsals. If special attire is required for a particular workshop, you will be notified one week in advance of that workshop.
ATTENDANCE
Enrolled students are expected make every effort to arrive on time for all workshops, sessions and rehearsals. Students are only allowed 2 excused absences per session. Additional rehearsals may be added to the schedule. Students will be notified of these changes.
CLASS OBSERVATION
Sessions are not open for viewing on a regular basis, as distractions interfere with class progress and individuals learning. Parents and other accompanying guests may wait in the designated waiting area.
Fund-raising
Each session KPA2 MUST raise additional funds through charitable gifts and fundraising activities to cover the costs of the program. Each enrolled family is required to participate in a fundraising event per session which usually consists of ticket sales or admission to the showcase/ productions/ competitions.
KPA2 under the VKCDC is a 501(c)(3) organization and this contribution is tax-deductible as allowed by law.
All tuition, payments and fees must be PAID IN FULL to participate in the competitions.
